Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Our client is a Multinational FMCG Business, operating across Europe. They have a very strong presence in the UK market - with strong growth - led from their London office. They are now looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join their Supply Chain team.
The Supply Chain Co-ordinator will:
- Own and manage the Order Management process for all UK customers
- Ensure regular communication and strong relationships with customers, advising them of any issues, responding to any requests and proactively looking for ways to improve Customer Service
- Communicating effectively with the wider Supply Chain team to ensure smooth delivery of all customer orders
- Supporting the team with wider process improvement projects
This role would suit someone with a good grounding in B2B Order Management/Customer Service. FMCG background would be preferred, and experience dealing with large UK retailers would be very beneficial!
You will need to have excellent communication/relationship-building skills, a "customer first" mentality and exceptional attention to detail.

The Supply Chain Co-ordinator will be based in the London office and earn between £27k and £30k (dependent on experience).
