The role of Customer Service Manager will be an important link between operations and their customers. This role will be responsible for multiple customer teams covering key clients.

  • Lead a team of customer service staff
  • Provide cost effective solutions without affecting SLA's
  • Visiting customers
  • Assist with the Transport & Fleet Operations

Profile

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional, ideally with a background in operational logistics or transport.
