Our client is looking to appoint and experienced Export Co-ordinator who will be responsible for all shipments to International locations are processed on time and comply with the relevant HM Customs regulations.

The Export Co-Ordinator will be responsible for;

  • Liaising with HM Customs & Excise to ensure the business complies with all the relevant Export paperwork and declarations
  • Communicate with freight forwarders and customers to ensure shipments are booked for collection or delivery
  • Manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists and DGN’s
  • Update all internal systems with all shipment details
  • Manage the documentation process for legalisation of invoices and certificate of origins

Experience and Knowledge required for the role;

  • Proven experience of working in a similar position in Export, Distribution or Logistics
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing company would be highly advantageous
  • Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A good understanding of MS Excel and SAP/ERP would be highly advantageous
