Your new role
As the Supply Chain Customer Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team including 1 person in the US. You will efficiently deal with order entry for UK and International customers and you will liaise with customers on a daily basis to ensure all payments have been paid. As the Customer Care Manager, you will be the company's 'voice' in terms of communication and you will be the 'super user' on an ERP system. You will also be expected to continuously drive improvement within the company and be a strong mentor for your team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, it is essential that you have had at least 5 years of experience within a managing position. You will also need to have experience dealing with bespoke products and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with International and UK customers. You will have worked within a B2B business and understand the Supply Chain challenges within a product based company. You will have a passion for service and impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You will be a natural leader with a positive attitude. A bonus would be language skills; ideally you will also be able to speak French or German.
