Our client is an iconic Consumer brand, based in London. They have fantastic, highly-recognisable products and a strong market presence across Europe. They are now looking to strengthen their Customer Fulfilment/Order Management team with a Team Leader. Could it be you?

Description

The Customer Fulfilment/Order Management Team Leader will:

  • Supervise and lead a Customer Fulfilment/Order Management team
  • Be responsible for Order Management, Fulfilment, B2B Customer Service and Invoicing for all Retail customer accounts - large and small retailers across Europe
  • Ensure the Order process is smooth, proactively resolving and preventing issues
  • Build constructive, credible partnerships with Retail customers

Profile

The Customer Fulfilment/Order Management Team Leader will:

  • Have experience of Order Management/B2B Customer Service/Order to Cash processes in a Consumer Products or Wholesale environment
  • Have an extensive track record of working with Retail Customers
  • Be able to coach, co-ordinate and motivate a team
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, communication and systems ability
  • Be a team player, willing to get stuck in and drive results
