Software Procurement Manager Agile Sourcing

Our client is a newly formed Global organisation at the forefront of providing innovative multi-technology services to an ever-expanding customer base.  They are looking to recruit an experienced Technology Services Sourcing Manager to provide timely and effective sourcing services to the global stakeholders. 

The biggest organisation you’re not aware of!!  With over 20,000 employees globally our client is a new financial technology organisation and they are developing a new technology sourcing team.

Reporting into the Technology and Services Procurement Director this team looks after a technology spend of around $.5billion.  The primary purpose of this role is to provide Sourcing support to the stakeholders in the Application Development and Maintenance (ADAM) spend category where Agile software development is utilised. 

The Technology Services Sourcing Manager will be expected to build senior relationships, understanding in detail their business objectives and how 3rd parties are currently deployed.  You will be responsible for building and developing your own pipeline of projects to assist the Company in exceeding its savings targets.  In addition to developing and building a project pipeline, you will also be responsible for executing and running the process for complex Sourcing projects.  You will be expected to demonstrate experience in these areas at interview and knowledge of commercial models that are effective within an Agile software development arena.

To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate experience in these areas, as well as experience in a complex environment, with the ability to lead complex sourcing projects with multiple stakeholders.
