Senior Category Manager (Indirect) - Global Sports Media Enterprise - London - £70-75k + excellent package

Following their ongoing influence on the worldwide stage, this innovative and successful sports media organisation seeks an extremely driven and ambitious head of indirect procurement to join their growing team.

The senior category manager will start within a newly established role, leading a brand-new indirect procurement function, catering for a variety of projects across indirect procurement categories, including: Travel, HR, FM and Real Estate, as well as many more. Working out of their global HQ, the senior category manager will have the opportunity for substantial progression, coinciding with the aggressive expansion the enterprise is experiencing.

Leading an exciting and newly-established indirect procurement function will require proactivity and be a huge opportunity for those up for this challenge.

Head of Indirect Procurement Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all indirect spend across a variety of indirect categories, including: Travel, HR, FM and Real Estate, leading the strategic execution of the end-to-end global procurement cycle
• Responsible for the development and management of a multitude of category managers throughout the global enterprise
• Liaise and maintain relations with an array of senior global stakeholders, having a significant impact upon the enterprise's global image

Head of Indirect Procurement Requirements:

• Proven track record working across a variety of indirect procurement services, including: Travel, Professional Services, HR, FM, Marketing and Real Estate
• Excellent inter-personal, communicate and negotiation skills
• MCIPs and degree preferred but not essential
