Job Details
One of Morgan Law’s NHS clients requires a new Head of Procurement to establish and lead a procurement commercial management function.
Duties will include:
- Responsible for the development, implementation the organisations Procurement strategy
- Develop and implement of policies and system to support tendering, contracts management, spend analytics and supplier performance management
- Drive effective management of suppliers and drive best value from contracts
- Ensure all aspects of regulatory compliance such as OJEU are adhered to
- Lead and develop the procurement and commercial management team
Experience required:
- CIPS Qualification
- Detailed knowledge of procurement across the NHS landscape
- Highly developed stakeholder managements and team leadership skills
- Previously delivered OJEU compliant procurements
- Track record working on large complex programmes
