Global Talent Procurement Manager - Blue-Chip Professional Services Enterprise - Central London - £70k-£75k + excellent package

Following their ongoing global success as a leading firm within the professional services sector, this huge blue-chip enterprise seeks an extremely ambitious and driven talent procurement manager to join their ranks.

Working out of their global HQ in central London, the ambitious procurement manager will play an integral role in enhancing their award-winning procurement function, catering for a variety of global innovative projects within learning & development, as well as sourcing projects throughout the internationally-renowned business. The ambitious procurement manager will join a forward-thinking culture, gaining the opportunity to massively influence a hugely expanding team of procurement specialists on a global scale.

Global Talent Procurement Manager Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all global end-to-end projects within talent learning & development, throughout the internationally-renowned enterprise, catering for an annual spend in excess of $100m
• Develop and maintain strong relations with a variety of well-esteemed global stakeholders
• Responsible for devising innovative strategies to maximise cost-efficiency on a global scale

Global Talent Procurement Manager Responsibilities:

• Proven track record of effectively working across a variety of comprehensive procurement projects, with evident experience within learning & development - ideally working on a global scale within blue-chip organisations
• Excellent inter-personal, communicate and negotiation skills
• MCIPs/CPM and business degree preferred but not essential
