The role will cover a variety of duties including;
?Ã³ Manage the day-to-day customer service levels using 3rd party logistics picking and distribution resource. This will involve following broadly defined procedures but resolving problems often outside these procedures to maximise customer service
To manage all aspects of the distribution as well as all stock taking issues
Liaise and maintain relationships with core suppliers, courier organisations, IVRS providers and internal departments and colleagues.
Raise Technical Specifications/Despatch job cards.
Preparation of shipment documentation.
Scope and costing of distribution activities.
Invoicing and purchasing activities.
Maintaining KPIs and Monthly reporting.
Maintaining MHRA updates.
Compliance to GMP/GDP.

£25000 - £30000k
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
