Man Management and customer relationship focused
Regular management information and accurate reporting.
Communication with all departments internally
Query investigation and resolution.
Close analysis, promotion and identification of areas for improvement within my clients quality management system.
Team briefing and staff communication
Implementation and strict adherence to company procedures.
Planning, booking and routing orders. . Liaising closely all departments.
.Monitoring performance levels through KPI's
Specific variance analysis of both costs and revenues
Budgetary responsibility for the contract.
Implementation of profit enhancing initiatives.
Managing financial data flows to strict deadlines to ensure accurate production of monthly management accounts I.e. accruals, prepayments, cross charges.
New Business Development
Liaise with other sites within the business to maximise opportunities and provide support for other business units as required.
Maintain and build excellent employee relations, through leadership and motivation of the team.
Ensure headcount is effectively managed and planned for in peaks / shutdowns or down turns.
To participate in and support the process of Company Disciplinary / Appeal hearings.
