Global Supplier Development Manager

A Global Supplier Development Manager is required for our client based in the East Anglia Region. Successful candidate will have the responsibility for managing the quality performance of the regional supply base for all business areas. Position will be responsible for working with global SCM and business leadership to establish strategic and comprehensive quality plans which are aligned with business needs. Have the proven ability to standardise and draft new processes, create reports and manage stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Proven leadership in all aspects of quality including: source selection, product launch, performance improvement and issues resolution. Has worked in a multicultural role previously. Ability to travel on a global scale. Highly commercial and excellent communication across all levels.
