Role: Category Manager - HR and Professional Services
Remuneration: basic to £70k plus excellent package
1st-Executive are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the world`s most prestigious organisations for the position of HR and Professional Services Category Manager, based out of the client`s Middlesex HQ.
Coming from a blue-chip background the successful applicant will have extensive demonstrable experience in HR and Professional services procurement with a global remit.
Responsible for a spend of $100m+ across 80 countries and 6 continents you will have experience of the following sub-categories:
Temporary and permanent resourcing
Business consulting services
Health and wellness
Benefits and rewards
Environmental, legal and financial services
Operating in a management level role the successful applicant will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders up to c-level. Additionally this role has responsibility for leading supplier performance management and supplier relationship management activities - as such skills in this area are preferred.

- Degree calibre, MCIPS preferred
- Ideally holds an MBA
- Extensive experience in HR and Professional Services category
- Has operated with a minimum of a regional remit

- SPM/SRM skills preferred
- Blue-chip background essential
