Leading manufacturing organisation in Norfolk, established for over 50 years is now seeking a new Service Technician.
Your new role
As the new Service Technician you will need to carry out tool inspections in workshop, create and send repair quotations and carry out workshop repairs to equipment as scheduled. You will need to travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment as scheduled as and when needed, you will be provided with transport. You will also visit client sites to install new equipment and train staff on its use.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, you will also need to be able to plan and prioritise own workload efficiently and respond quickly to changing requirements. You will have strong technical Skills and have the ability to understand and troubleshoot, test, repair and service highly technical equipment, in some cases with limited support documentation.
