Your new role
As the Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering great customer service to prestigious groups. You will be responsible for checking order entry and agreeing shipping times. You will successfully ensure quantities are in stock and liaise with customers on a daily basis to give them clear visibility on their order status. You will review unpaid orders and pick and send out samples from the office when required. Overall, you will support the customer service team and be responsible for customers in an international territory.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have some experience working within a B2B business, ideally from a company with a similar product. This role is all about personality, you will need to be a keen and talented individual who has fantastic communication skills. You will need to have customer service experience and have a positive attitude, to drive the customer service within the company
