Clinical Procurement Specialist - Prestigious FTSE100 Brand - Central London - £75k + Excellent Benefits

Global FTSE100 seeks a Clinical Procurement expert to develop a newly-created area of the sourcing function, driving best-in-class process and continuous improvement across clinical/medical spend areas. Engaging at executive level with internal and external stakeholders, the successful individual will be given the autonomy to shape the category in their image, acting as a subject matter expert to create a unified stakeholder base.

Clinical Procurement Specialist Responsibilities:-

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to create a strategy for the consistent development of the Clinical Procurement category
  • Creating innovative ideas to impose positive disruption on the sourcing function
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in the clinical procurement area
  • Mentoring more junior members of the team

Clinical Procurement Specialist Requirements:-

  • Proven track record of managing Clinical spends, with evidence of strategic and tangible cost savings
  • Confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders to implement new processes
  • Thrive in a vibrant working environment, relishing the opportunities of working in a close-knit procurement function
  • Degree educated (or equivalent), CIPS preferred
