This company are a world leading entertainment technology manufacturer. They produce and distribute market leading products around the globe. The division in question is responsible for central support to over 120 countries throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australasia.
Your new role
As a logistics analyst you will be working in partnership with a wider team and providing support to them as well as the logistics manager with regard to data analysis. You will also be creating and maintaining service activity processes. The main areas of responsibility and performance assessment will be:
- KPI Collation - recording and analysis of KPI data relating to the repair operation
- Returns Rates reporting - producing reports and analysis of product returns
- Reconciliation and recording of invoices
- Constantly looking for improvement opportunities in the way the department uses data effectively
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal candidate for this role you will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills. The ability to integrate and work well within a team, degree level education in a relevant subject (business studies), and an analytic way of thinking. Favourable requirements for this role include, knowledge of tools such as Qlikview and SAP, understanding of reverse logistics and consumer electronic repair operations.
