This leading FMCG business is going through an exciting phase in their Procurement lifecycle, with a refreshed growth strategy and functional development plan to help drive the continued success of the business.  

As part of their planned growth they are looking for an additional Procurement Manager to oversee spend across the HR, Fleet & Travel categories.  You will have the proven ability to lead and negotiate sourcing projects, developing clear and detailed sourcing plans and drafting, negotiating and agreeing clear, concise, and complete contractual documentation.  You will provide assurance of supply and cost competitiveness by executing category strategies that increase value, building effective supplier relationships to meet the needs of the business. You will work with the wider procurement team and local business partners across Supply Chain to drive change and service improvement with an emphasis on getting more for less.

This is a chance for someone with proven expertise across these categories to make a visible impact at the forefront of the business.  You will need to be degree qualified with a high level of commercial awareness, ideally from within a Retail/FMCG procurement environment.

Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills are a prerequisite of this role and you will have the determination and mindset to drive transformation and change within your categories.
