Process Improvement/Supply Chain Manager role in Tyrone, up to £55,000

Your new company
You will be joining a well-established manufacturing business based in Co. Tyrone, who are continuously expanding and seeking a highly motivated individual to fulfil a new role for the organisation. Due to new contracts and progressive NPD plans, they willing to speak with experienced Supply Chain /Procurement professionals for a full time role that integrates with all departments and focuses on process improvements.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end Supply Chain process across multiple NI sites with a primary focus to integrate all departments eg, production, purchasing, logistics, dispatch, planning etc. The Supply Chain Manager will put relevant KPI's into place for monitoring cost saving initiatives and the procurement of goods/services, work alongside production to optimise resources and liaise with commercial teams to improve internal/external customer service and ensure a robust S&OP process is adhered too. Also, you will be tasked to establish benchmarks and performance metrics are in place relating to best practice Supply Chain, planning, forecasting, inventory controlling and continuous improvement procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working within a high performing Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory, Procurement or Continuous Improvement team will lead to success along with a working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain activities within a FMCG fast moving environment. You must be able to demonstrate experience using MRP/ERP software and dealing with quick changing demands with evidence of achieved cost savings through strategic optimisation.
