Project Manager opportunity; working in a new joint venture between two leading global companies. If you are an up and coming Project Manager, ideally with some experience derived in a Consultancy or Professional Services environment, this could be a superb opportunity for you. You will need to be confident, energetic and ambitious and if you are, opportunities for career progression are excellent.

The role is a Project Manager position, based in central London and focussing predominantly on the US market.  Therefore, you will need to have flexibility to manage relationships and have virtual meetings with US stakeholders (taking into account the different time zones).

Essentially, this is a brand new permanent role, sitting within the procurement function; in a greenfield environment following the agreement of this joint venture. 

This Project Manager role is responsible for the management and successful delivery of multiple projects, managing timescales, resource allocation and stakeholders (grade of project manager will depend on the scope and scale of the project, and the volume and level of stakeholder engagement). You will work across highly confidential strategic projects, and will be required to gain a thorough knowledge of company operations.

Ideally you will have spent 2-3 years working in an Analytical role, and progressed recently in to Project Management position. You will be experienced in handling multiple projects, will be a strategic thinker, and will be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This includes interaction with colleagues at all levels, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ideally this would have been in a Consultancy/ Professional Services organisation.
