The preferred candidate will have the ability and experience to improve processes and enable the wider business to implement a sustainable and productive working culture.

The Role

Working on a range of long term strategic projects and short term transformation assignments, you will be tasked with identifying problem/risk areas, designing new procedures and implementing sustainable processes to help improve areas of procurement, technology and operations. You will work with a variety of business areas to educate them on pitfalls and help them to adopt and implement best in class processes to speed up delivery. You will be responsible for influencing stakeholders and applying a keen eye for detail in order eradicate complex operational issues. Communication skills are key as you attempt to simplify processes and help the business develop.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in change management either in a management consultancy capacity or internal consultant role
  • A track record in delivery within business areas such as procurement, technology and operations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and improve processes
  • A keen eye for detail with the experience in managing multiple projects
