Project Implementation Manager, Northampton / Warrington, up to £55,000 + car / car allowance

My client is the UK's largest builders' merchant supplying over 100000 product lines to the building & construction market. They are a constantly growing business and looking for an employee who can adapt to the growth.
Your new role
Reporting into the Director of Distribution you will lead warehouse and network re-design programmes to improve layout and efficiencies. You will identify and operationalise future site wide change to support development in their customer proposition and industry wide distribution developments. You will analyse and evaluate a large amount of data and present solutions as a result of that, influencing projects which have the possibility of generating up to£100m of revenue for the company.
What you'll need to succeed
Ultimately you will have had exposure in a Warehouse environment with solutions + design experience; with strong analytical skills and specialist PC software usage such as Paragon and CAD. Preparation and development of business cases will be advantageous, along with the ability to lead on many projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills are imperative to satisfy requirements of all stakeholders in the wider supply chain network and across divisions to achieve the companies remit is met.
What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per year, up to 15% yearly bonus along with a car entitlement as you will be required to go to their site in Warrington on occasions to help implement strategies and efficiencies. You will get 25 days holiday per year along with bank holidays, along with excellent pension and healthcare benefits.
