Are you an expert Analyst with end to end Supply Chain and Operations exposure? Do you want to work in a fast-paced, high-growth FMCG environment?
Our client is a globally recognisable brand, who are now expanding rapidly into the FMCG space. What does this mean? More products, more markets and more acquisitions! There is a huge amount going on, and they need robust KPIs and MI to support that - as well as effective route cause/continuous improvement analysis.
The Global Supply Chain Analyst will report directly into the Global Supply Chain Director, and will be responsible for shaping and reporting KPIs across the Supply Chain (sourcing/procurement, planning, logistics and manufacturing). You will play a key role in determining what this MI will look like - what will the KPIs be? How will they be measured? What are the targets?
You will set up the systems and processes to collate and analyse this information, sharing it with the senior leadership team to support their departmental strategies. But more than this, you will have the Supply Chain background and credibility to drive improvements across the global Supply Chain.
This means interrogating the KPIs (the measures themselves, and the results), identifying trends and issues, as well as opportunities. You will deep-dive into them and work closely with the teams to develop effective actions and results. Effectively you will be a catalyst for continuous improvement across a fast-growing, complex global Supply Chain!
The Global Supply Chain Analyst will:
