The go to person for all physical logistics requirements for the EMEA region, working with the Global Supply Chain Director to develop an integrated network of 3PL distribution centres across the EMEA region.

A leading brand looking to grow their business across the EMEA region and recruit and accomplish Logistics Manager for the EMEA region


Key Job Accountabilities:


  • To manage the leadership of all warehouse operations & Customer Services to maximise service levels & availability at all opportunities.
  • Implement best cost network of 3PL operations focused on service & clear cost management
  • Develop a clearly defined logistics & transportation network focused on service & cost to serve
  • Develop the current factory supply routes & recommend improvement initiatives to support the strategy
  • Develop in conjunction with other departments, a clearly defined logistics supply route ex China/Asia Pacific

Supply Chain

  • To build & sustain a positive working environment with the Global S&OP Manager that is focused in ensuring optimal supply versus forecast
  • Play a key role to all new product integration's & take the lead in determining the correct catalogue & market specific challenges which require a plan to be addressed
  • Develop and manage projects within the zone remit to drive best in class supply chain processes & service levels
  • Ensure that supply is linked to the forecast & a forward projection is produced for Operations to react to specific space requirements

  • Leadership
  • To manage the leadership of all warehouse operations & Customer Services to maximise service levels & availability at all opportunities.
  • To develop a plan to recruit a strong & capable 3PL partnerships
  • Develop strong & robust partnership based links within the wider Group, leadership team & other areas to influence the Supply Chain strategy


Our client is looking for a Logistics Manager based in Cheshire with the following prven track record need to be successful

Must Haves:

  • Strong 3PL implementation experience, automated operations an added strength
  • Ability to interpret data, but also look at the big picture
  • Strong project management skills, demonstration of ontime project delivery & risk mgmnt
  • Physical distribution all rounder: Warehousing, Distribution, Cross border & transportation
  • eCommerce, speed to market & multi-channel solutions an advantage


  • Proven track record required in supply chain management, ideally in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of managing & transferring to 3PL solutions
  • Experience of managing & integrating eCommerce solutions
  • Experience of EMEA supply
  • Knowledge of replenishment systems and S&OP processes to link demand vs forecast vs supply
  • Experience of budgetary control
  • Developed people management & interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience of Logistics processes
  • IT proficient : SAP, BW & advanced Excel (preferred)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills - presentation skills are essential
  • Good influencing and negotiating skills with internal & external stakeholders


  • Degree level qualified ideal

Job Offer

The candidate will have the opportunity to build the distribution network for a exciting new start up division within a well know brand as Logistics Manager - EMEA region. The role will be based in Cheshire and the package on offer in £55-70K + 15% bonus.
