An excellent opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading FM business to lead and manage all contracts within the business unit. The ideal candidate will have procurement experience within FM, and also be willing to travel.

Leading multinational Facilities Management/ Property business.

Description

Delivering professional Procurement services across facilities management to clients within a cross sector environment.

Delivering value (including bottom line savings) on an ongoing basis, meeting specific in-year targets, whilst proactively looking and engaging with new opportunities to deliver value on all contracts.

Full ownership of Procurement contracts, including tender, negotiation, contract drafting and contract management.

Engaging with internal Stakeholders to understand their requirements across all contracts within the region.

Managing suppliers who deliver services that are specific to the Business Unit and sourcing new suppliers who are best able to meet the needs of the Business; ensuring best value, fitness for purpose, risk reduction and a quality service to the end customer.

Identify opportunities to deliver value by alignment with our Category approach and manage the successful delivery and transparent reporting of deliverables through liaising with the Group Central Procurement Team.

Identifying innovation for delivery to our end customers.

Streamlining procurement processes and procedures.

Profile

Ideally working towards or gained the CIPS Graduate Diploma

Extensive experience of procurement of FM contracts

Excellent level of commercial and financial understanding, with demonstrable experience of working in a commercial environment

Track record of delivering value through FM contracts

Performance driven with strong project management, planning and organising skills

Strong negotiator with demonstrable ability to influence whilst asserting appropriate commercial tension

Ability to travel across the UK

Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to demonstrate influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences

Philosophy towards continuous improvement
