Reporting to the Supply Chain Director and Inventory Manager this role is a duel responsibility role focusing on data analysis, production plans, stock control and forecasting within an FMCG food manufacturing environment. The Demand and Planning Analyst will be based at the clients Kent site and will be required to occasionally travel to another site in the UK.

Our client, one of a largest frozen food manufacturers and distributors in the world is currently experiencing fantastic growth and as such have opened up a new opportunity within their Kent site for a Demand and Planning Analyst.


The Demand and Planning Analyst will be responsible for;

  • Demand and data analysis on all inventory for the UK site
  • Analysing planning and inventory control, ensuring product supply to meet customer needs
  • Monitoring and reviewing reports and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Creating and presenting information reports suggesting any department improvements where necessary
  • Working closely with the Production and Stock Control teams


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of demand and production planning
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Advanced IT Skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Strong MRP systems knowledge
  • Food manufacturing experience is desirable
