Working within the Supply Chain department within the Manufacturing and Production industry the Supply Chain Customer Service Leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships whilst supervising the Sales and Shipping Operations.

Description

The Supply Chain Customer Service Leader will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers and members of the sales team both internal and external
  • Supervising the sales and shipping operation
  • Managing the daily workload of the internal sales department
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports on sales activity and KPI's
  • Process incoming orders from customers onto the MRP system
  • Issuing order acknowledgements to customers
  • Resolving escalated customer issues relating to Supply Chain performance
  • Liaising with other internal departments; Purchasing, Production and Credit Control
