Procurement Assistant required in Grangemouth in a permanent role paying up to £24k.

Fast paced organisation based in Grangemouth are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join their Procurement Department on a permanent basis. The organisation are going through a period of change and this would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for career progression. The company provide a variety of services, from handling & logistics to storing and warehousing, to multinationals and small start up operations.
Your new role
As Procurement Administrator, you will provide administrative and expediting support to the Procurement Department. You will maintain all administration relating to processing of purchase orders for a number of sites. You will also respond to any invoice queries and maintain supplier records, open order information and purchasing contracts on their purchase to pay system (Integra). You will also be involved in managing the procurement of PPE and stationary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in a procurement function, with the ability to use Excel. You will have expediting experience and the willingness to work towards CIPS qualification. You will be a driven person with good communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
