eProcurement Implementation and Change Manager
Reporting to the Procurement Standards Manager , this is a new role will involve overseeing the change management for e-procurement (in particular e-tendering and contract management).
You will ensure business readiness including training, organisation design, user testing and communications and project manage one or more procurement systems with responsibility for project implementation and monitoring of agreed objectives.
You will need to be able to ensure systems can support the councils services and advise new ways of working to create efficiencies and add value.
My client is looking for someone who can raise awareness, understanding and the profile of Eprocurement within the council leading multidisciplinary cross-departmental and cross-sector project teams.
