- Managing Recruitment Process
You will be responsible for taking a brief, candidate sourcing, CV advice, candidate competency based interviews, arranging an interview schedule for the client, Managing the offer process and taking references and compliance.
Key performance indicators are exactly that, we do not use them to predict the future. If you throw some vanilla, 2 eggs, 200 grams of butter, 200 grams of sugar and 500 grams of flour into an oven into an oven will not get a cake.
However, if you have a role then don't be surprised if your target is finding candidates :)
The successful candidate could be from any background, however sales, recruitment or supply chain knowledge will be an advantage.
