Interim Procurement Analyst
2 – 3 Month Contract
£250 - £350 per day
Central London

Are you an immediately available Procurement Analyst, looking for a contract with a major FM business? Do you have experience in the Facilities Management sector, working closely with Procurement teams?

Key Responsibilities
• To be accountable for driving a number of key procurement projects, working with key stakeholders across the relevant Service Lines and Departments
• To provide expert knowledge on any procurement and supply chain requirements that may arise in addition to the key projects listed below
• To partner effectively with key stakeholders to meet the requirements of the business


Key Projects
• Conclude a tender (already underway) for office supplies and implement new agreement with UK Facilities Team
• Update Supplier Code of Conduct Register (c.2,500 suppliers) and work closely with Finance and Compliance teams to support the creation of new Vendor Management System
• Cleanse asset register and design and implement new ‘starter and leaver' process for managing employee related asset costs (e.g. company cars and IT hardware) in consultation with Service Lines, HR, IT and Finance teams
• Embed document retention policy into supplier management system and create new reporting process in order to enable active management of archiving / storage demands for all Service Lines and Departments


Person Specification
• Indirect purchasing experience
• Expertise in data analysis with advanced MS Excel skills for combining, analysing, rationalising and summarising large data sets
• Expertise in implementing significant procurement projects
• Business and financial acumen
• Strong negotiating skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• CIPS qualified
• Vendor Management and/or risk management experience
• Experience of working in multi-cultural & cross functional teams
• Able to manage workload and prioritise across multiple projects
