Your new role
In your new job role you will be supporting the development and implementation of a robust quality assurance programme. You will be responsible for providing professional, accessible and reliable advice with guidance to staff and partners around quality and compliance concerns. You will be leading projects relating to quality assurance and updating of new compliance of the organisations relevant guidance updates.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be full of energy and have attention to detail to ensure levels of Compliance and quality improvements are met at the required standards. You will need to provide excellent professional support and advice to both staff and partners and be able to influence and advise on ways to offer solutions to address business and project needs. Proficient use of Microsoft packages is vital and use of a variety of different audit techniques and tools.
