Your new company
A global and highly respected organisation are now recruiting a Production Team Leader to join their fact paced and already successful Production team. This company are market leaders within their chosen field and would show a sort after skill set for potentially future employees.

Your new role
In your new position of Production Team Leader you will be responsible for the department Production team with the objective of achieving the companies manufacturing targets. You will play a key role in driving the strategy behind the development of the manufacturing production processes and consistently promote and support LEAN activities in the workplace. Other responsibilities include; plan and coordinate the department to meet monthly output targets, manage the production processes to ensure all agreements and targets met, work closely with the production support team to ensure procedures are adhered and the manufacturing process are continually improved.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Production Team Leader you will be a self motivated and driven professional, you will have the ability to inspire and motivate high performance from within the production team. You will have strong communication skills as you will be regularly liaising with customer and suppliers. You will need to have a good understand of continuous improvement processes and be able to drive best lean practice techniques. It is essential you have experience in a similar position and have worked substantially in a manufacturing environment.
