A global player within the Logistics market is now seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their rapidly grown business module. Currently supplying goods into the retail industry, this fast paced business will be able to offer you great progression opportunities.
Your new role
The Warehouse Planning Manager will be expected to lead a team of Inventory Managers through a degree of change whilst working on alternating double days. Within this role, you will be expected to manage a team of around 6 Inventory Manager, each in turn managing between 10 and 15 stock controllers. You will be working to complete route planning which will take up around 20% of your working day, however the majority of your day will be spent using Red Prairie systems to ensure all stock is accounted for within the business unit.
What you'll need to succeed
Having managed a team of at least 4 Inventory Managers / PI Supervisor you will have the core skills sets for this exciting job. The Warehouse Planning Manager will need to have experience of using Red Prairie systems and some experience of Transport planning.
What you'll get in return
