As the Warehouse Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving your team and operation forward to success. In this fast paced role you will be confident leading and developing people.

As the Warehouse Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to ensure KPI's and SLA's are met. You will ensure that all health and safety guidelines and procedures are adhered to and you will promote and safe working environment. You will monitor performance and provide feedback and give performance reviews ensuring your team are following processes, working productively and effectively. You will be responsible for your teams development ensuring all required training is given, providing ongoing coaching and support.

You will also support a great place to work, ensuring your team is engaged and happy in their work. You will be monitoring continuous improvements, making recommendations which will improve process, productivity and support the company in growth.

You will also be involved in various project work.


As the Warehouse Team Manager you will be an experienced people manager who has led teams within distribution with knowledge of the end to end warehouse process.

As a Manager you will be engaging and people focused with a passion to support development and training. You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and confident when speaking internal and external at all levels.

Job Offer

£33,000 - £37,000 + company benefits.
