If so, please read on!

Client Details

Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic FMCG brand with fantastic products and ambitious growth plans across Europe. They are currently developing their Supply Chain team - they need great people to drive continued growth. As part of that, they are now looking for a Demand Planning Manager to drive forecasting and S&OP.

Description

The Demand Planning Manager will collaborate very closely with the Commercial teams, to drive forecasting and S&OP activities.

You will partner with the Commercial functions to understand current sales, new product information, commercial activity and planned growth. You will use this information to generate a robust forecast.

You will play a leading role in the S&OP process to validate and interrogate the forecast, and ensure the right production decisions are made to maximise availability and profit.

With the rapid growth plans you will also build a team over the next few months as well - so this is a fantastic chance to develop your management skills or even for someone to step into a management role for the first time (training and support will be given).

Profile

The successful Demand Planning Manager will have:

  • Strong forecasting experience (open to sector)
  • Exceptional analytical and Excel skills - they need someone who can really get into the data
  • A solid background working within - and preferably leading - S&OP activity
  • The ability to engage, influence and partner with Commercial teams
  • Experience of - or a desire to - manage and develop teams
  • Knowledge of ERP implementations would be a plus
