Customer Service Administrator - Temporary Position (up to 6 months) - £10.50 per hour

Your new role
Your new role involves working in a call centre environment, whilst reporting to the call centre team leader. Your main roles will include managing incoming and outgoing calls to both clients and carers, managing and referring inbound complaints, follow and effectively implement correct procedures for incident reporting, as well as accurately inputting data monitoring systems.
What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to be successful in this role you will need to have excellent interpersonal and team work skills, exceptional customer service and communication skills, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, able to work with own initiative as well as in a team, you will have high levels of commitment and be a very flexible and adaptable individual, as well as having MS systems skills. You will be able to work shift work and be flexible to working evenings and weekends.
