We are currently working on a fantastic IT Procurement Manager Job working for one of the world's leading law firms. Our client is a very well-established company who have a strong hold in many of the world's markets including the US and Europe. They have recently advised legal proceedings for some of the world's most recognised companies and hold an impressive client portfolio.
Your new role
As an IT Procurement Manager you will be responsible for sourcing projects and driving the end to end Procurement process relating to hardware, software, and IT professional services. Within this interim role you will negotiate, cost save and improve performance for the business. You will act as a strategic advisor for the firm and seek the best outcome for the key stakeholders. This job will start on an initial 3 month interim contract.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you have detailed knowledge of IT Procurement with in-depth hardware, software and services experience. Ideally you will have gained this experience within the legal sector, but this is not a must. You must be able to demonstrate strong contract negotiation skills and have the ability to analyse supplier pricing and proposals. Experience of tendering for Document Management Systems would be an advantage.
