Your new role
This position sits under the Strategic Supply Chain Manager and will essentially manage a complex supplier base of fresh produce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for stock inventory management and looking at supplier performance measured against lead time and quality.
A comprehensive understanding of key factors that impact upon the supply chain, such as the ordering and clearance processes, logistic costs and stock holding will be advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
An understanding of factors that affect quality
Knowledge of stock replenishment and inventory management
Financial understanding of budgets and P&L accounts
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, email, MRP systems and the internet
