Your new role
As a Procurement Category Manager, you will be in charge of developing and implementing in-depth end to end category plans across hardware software category. You will be working with stakeholders to look in to trade-offs between prices and services and come up with at different options. You will create functional teams to address initiatives identified, and proactively cross-examine IT budgets to identify new opportunity. You will be responsible for managing all business activity for example supplier selection, supplier set-up, business improvement plans and negotiation strategies contract terms. You will be sourcing procedure for supplier and stakeholder, and look at delivering savings and service in line with business strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will be to have a Procurement Category experience and be able to build strong relationship with stakeholders. You should have detailed knowledge of sourcing processes and vendor management. You must have commercial awareness and analytically thinking skills.
