Procurement Heads are working with a world leading organisation who are specialising in digital transformation to redefine their industry, to recruit an Account Sourcing Manager to join their team in Central London.
This role relates to administrative, compliance and operational activities and issues. You’ll be primarily responsible for sourcing for the assigned client in all facilities management service lines, and will also execute sourcing strategies for initiatives and manage supplier relationships. You’ll closely support Sourcing and Facilities Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client and country operation. 

As the Account Sourcing Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include;

  • Establishing Best Practice for Sourcing and ensure that the relevant operational and engineering stakeholders are provided with the necessary training and guidance in this area
  • Providing Sourcing and Compliance direction for hard and soft services that involve sourcing and vendor management
  • Serve as subject expert for Sourcing and to maintain and develop this knowledge
  • Supporting and driving initiatives for defined key suppliers
  • Active vendor management in the form of quarterly business reviews for key suppliers
  • Managing the RFP, pricing and negotiation process for the client
  • Establish savings opportunities and ensure that any savings initiatives are documented for tracking savings
  • Implementing and maintaining procurement and compliance rules and standards
  • Designing sourcing plans and delivering those strategies directly or indirectly as business requires. Balance the business needs, company risk and supply market capability to determine the optimum route to maximum value
  • Where possible, ensure sourcing strategies are aligned to global category strategy, plan and targets

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • Experience in IFM 
  • Be able to demonstrate management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management
  • Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Great communication skills both written and oral and the ability to manage dispute situations
  • IT literate, proficient in all MS applications
  • Knowledge of procurement for services related to facility management is highly regarded
  • You will be competent in financial modelling, feasibility studies and total cost of ownership analysis, can analyse complex problems and generate solutions. You’ll exhibit exceptional relationship management and conflict management capabilities to guide the company- vendor relationships
