Your New Role; As a Facilities Procurement Manager you will be responsible for sourcing projects and driving the end to end Procurement process relating to property, FM and construction. Within this interim role you will budget, cost save and improve performance for the business. You will act as a consultant for the firm and seek the best outcome for the key stakeholders and the Group Procurement Managers.
What You'll Need To Succeed; To succeed in this job, you have detailed knowledge of Facility Management Procurement with in-depth property and construction services experience. Ideally you will have gained this experience within a facilities management company, but this is not a must. You must be able to demonstrate strong management of people in order to liaise effectively with a range of influential stakeholders, tender support, evaluation and document management. Time keeping is vital part to this role, so organisational skills are a must.
