Your new company
Dynamic FMCG business, specialising in developing high quality products and distributing to consumers in over 85 global markets, are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager with Logistics experience. The organisation are established in the market and are experiencing significant growth.

Your new role
As Customer Service Manager, working in a fast paced environment, you will manage a team of customer service representatives, managing the order entry and dispatch process to meet customers requirements within budgeted costs. Developing relationships with external customers and internal sales team, you will ensure customer service excellence.

You will actively track order activity, identifying potential delivery problems and managing the expedition of problem orders. Ensuring excellent customer service, you will investigate and obtain resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues, monitor forecasts and stocks and liaise with distribution and stock control to ensure compliance with HM Revenue and Customs regulatory requirements for imports and exports are met.

Additional to this, you will have the opportunity to support the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager with complex key projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a motivated and ambitious person with a background of working in Logistics and experience of managing a team. You will have experience of international logistics and will have knowledge of compliance requirements. Experience using ERP system would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return
Working in a growing, successful business, you will be paid a salary of £35,000 - £40,000, 34 hours per week (Mon-Thurs: 08.30 - 17.00, Fri: 08.30 - 12.00), 15% employer pension contribution.
