About the Client:

My client is an established residential developer who has a strong brand and offers financial strength in a very progressive market.  In line with growth plans they now require an experienced professional responsible for the delivery of initiatives relating to savings, margin improvement and product enhancement by setting an appropriate course for product strategy.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Group Product and Development as an ambitious leader with strong building knowledge and strong commercial awareness you will be responsible for the delivery and successful implementation of initiatives relating to product development.  Your role will involve engaging with key stakeholders, understanding product issues and developing solutions for the management and delivery of the product roadmap.  Skilled in assisting this change programme you will have the ability to upskill and coach and develop all employees.

What we’re looking for:

You require a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the construction industry with exposure to change management who is able to effectively communicate at all levels.  An understanding of BIM will be an advantage with exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills. Educated to degree level is a minimum preferably in construction/building.
