Procurement Project Manager - Outsourcing Short contract 3 to 4 month Day rates: £500 Central London
Your new company
A leading security company that operates across the UK, Ireland and Scotland. Their clients are commercial businesses and government organisations. They have over 10,000 customers which include FTSE 100 companies. Your new role Your new role is a great opportunity to use your previous experience in outsourcing professional services to drive a new direction for the company and produce a new screening and vetting process. You will be working directly with the business stakeholders to understand their current position and work with them to strategically source for relevant outsourcing suppliers. You will be responsible for designing new strategy plans, encouraging the buy-in from key stakeholders and ensuring that this is delivered to schedule. This is a good chance to use your knowledge of the market to advice the company in the direction they should take primarily project manage this roll-out.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an independent, forward-thinking procurement Project Manager, having gained your experience from working on a range of outsourcing programmes. Ideally you will have been involved with outsourcing business operations or professional services within large multi-office global blue chip companies. You will be a confident communicator so as to be able to engage with a range of stakeholders, including c-suite, and suppliers. You will have proven negotiation skills having worked on contract negotiations, a positive hands-on attitude.
