Public Sector organisation are looking for two Procurement and Commercial Managers to join their team. Supporting on a wide range of indirect commodities, this is a excellent opportunity to further develop procurement knowledge.
Great opportunity to join a small procurement team in the public sector, who are looking to expand. Reporting directly to the Senior Procurement Manager, this opportunity allows procurement across a wide range of commodities whilst ensuring commercial contract terms.
Gaining full cooperation and understanding of Procurement
Ability to investigate and resolve complex procurement issues
Negotiation with suppliers
Dealing with multiple- stakeholders
Collaborating with other public sector organisations
Detailed understanding and ability to apply EU public procurement Legislation's
Track record of managing complex procurement projects
Proven ability of analysing complex data with recommendations of outcomes and actions
In-depth understanding of supplier management and performance monitoring
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Proven knowledge of working with and adhering to procedures
MCIPS qualified or working toward
Salary Range: £26,000 - £30,000
