Quality Advisers required - strong career development opportunities
On the back of sustained business growth, we are recruiting to several new Quality Adviser opportunities for this locally based employer of choice. These critical roles will support the value stream shift teams within their world-class manufacturing facilities and will have responsibility for the quality performance per shift and lead on live decision-making on quality items. With responsibility for improvements to quality processes and metrics, these roles will ensure the correct procedures are followed focusing on reject reduction and customer satisfaction. Playing a key role in root cause analysis for major internal / external quality events and non-conformities including rejects, this varied role will also be responsible for the provision of quality advice, training and coaching on customer and QMS requirements.
To succeed, you will have a in-depth knowledge of customer specifications and how to interpret them; have strong working knowledge of the QMS, IATF and other customer quality standards. With a strong understanding of Quality tools, you will have the ability to lead and coach team members and have a strong customer focus. A qualification in Chemistry or Engineering would be preferred but is not essential.
