Would you like to work for a highly prestigious financial services organisation which recognises talent and helps it's employees progress? Based in Central London in fantastic offices, this organisation is currently hiring into their procurement function.
Your new role
You will be reporting into their Head of IT Category and you will take responsibility for managing key IT Procurement suppliers and projects. Whilst this role with be mainly software focussed it will also cover broader areas of IT spend such as hardware. You will be working with a mix of top tier suppliers as well as smaller niche and complex providers of IT. You will be leading procurement processes from end to end, as well as providing support to the head of the IT Procurement team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have strong IT generalist procurement experience, with a particular focus on software. They like to hire bright individuals who are looking for an environment where they can progress. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, and whilst financial services experience would be great they are happy to consider individuals form other leading organisations.
