Supply Chain Performance/Innovation Director

Our client is a multinational, listed company providing Consumer goods and services across over 60 countries. Headquartered in London, they have over 40,000 employees internationally, and are at the cutting edge in their sector. They are now looking for a Global Supply Chain Performance/Innovation Director to drive forward their Supply Chain analytics across their global operation, particularly with regard to Supply Chain analysis and driving cross-functional, global improvement projects.
The Global Supply Chain Performance/Innovation Director will lead the global Supply Chain reporting and analytics process, covering all Supply Chain operations (full end to end analysis) across the world.
You will shape and drive Supply Chain reporting, particularly with regard to the quality of data analysis and maximising the benefits they can unlock from this data.
You will then play a senior role across the business in terms of using this data - working cross-functionally and internationally to drive improvements across the global Supply Chain as a key part of their transformation strategy.
The Global Supply Chain Performance/Innovation Director will need:
- Extensive experience within Supply Chain - managing, leading and influencing at a senior level
- A background in complex, international Supply Chains
- An in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain data and analytics
- Significant exposure to leading complex Supply Chain implementation projects
You will also need the drive and passion to transform a complex global Supply Chain. The business are at the beginning of a fantastic transformation journey (they have already been nominated for a Supply Chain Excellence award for their vision) and now need someone with both the skills and capability to allow them to deliver.
The role will be based in Central London (with some travel and flex working), and will pay £77,000 - £112,000 plus bonus and benefits.
