Your new role
You would be reporting into their Global Supply Chain Head and would be responsible for managing their improvements plan within Global Supply Chain which includes setting up and managing key performance metrics. This is a key role within their Supply Chain function and you would be managing teams both directly, but also their global matrix structure.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role they are looking for someone with a strong Supply Chain background from within a global matrix environment. You should have worked in an organisation that has experienced rapid change and transformation. Experience of working in an organisation offering complex products such as pharmaceutical or tobacco would be an advantage as there would be synergies with this sector. You should be able to demonstrate strong analytical interpretation skills, as well as a background in Continuous Improvement within a Supply Chain environment. Strong Project Management skills will be required. Other language skills would also be an advantage.
